DIGITAL WORKFLOW The complete pre-press from design to plates is carried out in-house using Creo Brisque™ workflow system and computers and computer based devices connected through an intranet. Files created by our clients (in various formats like Adobe InDesign, QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia FreeHand, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, PostScript, PDFs, etc.) are received using FTP via high-speed internet.

In digital Printing Services we offer high resolution inputs are scanned on Creo scanners, which are then colour corrected and manipulated by our highly trained pre-press team. Initial 'soft' proofing is done by generating high-resolution PDF files and then sending them to the client over the internet. After approval, we generate Kodak MatchPrints™ for calib rated digital proofs. Finally complete imposition is carried out using Creo Preps™ and ripped on a Creo Trendsetter™ CtP unit ensuring perfect registration and sharp screens on press.

We have a full-fledged Graphic Design team for visualising, design and complete layout which is done on G5 Mac and Pentium 4 based workstations. And finally after the job is complete we use our advanced data archiving system for storing and backing-up the entire job data. Our printing section is housed in a completely dust-free and air-conditioned environment. We have a wide array of printing machines - 1, 2 and 4 colour Heidelberg CP Tronic and Mitsubishi Diamond 1000 Series offset printing machines - in various sizes and configurations that can handle diverse print jobs.

Our offset printing machines are connected to the Creo CtP unit with a CIP3 connectivity - enabling us to achieve the desired results quickly and efficiently. Supervisors are always present on the machines keeping a tight vigil on every printed sheet. Every print job is matched with the HP Matchprint™ calibrated proofs and checked with a densitometer. THE MEN BEHIND THE MACHINE

Our machines are serviced every week by qualified engineers to avoid breakdowns and increase the efficiency of the machines. The machine operators are highly skilled workmen who have over 15 years experience on these machines. The press runs round the clock in three eight hour shifts ensuring that the workmen are fresh and vigilant at all times.

TOTAL IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING
