Here you will find information on how to send us your printing jobs - and tools to directly upload from this website.

1. By courier
We accept the following media
1.CD/DVD
2.Iomega Zips

Please copy all the image/graphic links, Screen Fonts and Printer Fonts, etc. Enclose one final B/W same size proof with all the Prepress and Post Press operations clearly marked. Also, include digital data for Punching and Spot UV, etc. if any.

2. As email attachment (data less than 5-10 MB)
You can also send us digital data as an e-mail attachment, if the job contains only text/vector data without any pictures. (PageMaker 6.5-7.0, Quark Xpress 4.0-6.5, Illustrator 8.0-12.0, Freehand 8.0-Mx, CorelDraw 9.0-12.0 and Indesign 2-4 files)

File names with spaces and special characters and without proper extension to the file name may cause improper file transfer and may lose their identity when attached to e-mail's.

For fool-proof transfer, use Win ZIP in Win95/98/XP & Stuffit for Mac to compress/archive the files and give the respective extension.

Attach the artwork to your e-mail message as a file attachment from Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Send the e-mail to us at ctp@aegeanoffset.com

3. Through FTP to our server
You can upload data to our FTP server. For faster download/upload times, please compress the files with WinZip (Windows) or Stuffit (MacOS).

The Procedure of sending the job is written hereunder step by step.
STEP I - Make a high resolution PDF file of the job in 2400 DPI.
STEP II - Download any FTP program such as Fetch , Transmit (MacOS) or Cute FTP(Mac/Windows), WS_FTP (Windows) Run the programme and log on to our FTP Site using this database.

STEP III - Upload the file (Please note that if you have to send files heavier than 800 MB, kindly inform us).
STEP IV - Create a subdirectory for your job and copy all the files into that directory. After copying the files, send us the details of the job - File details, Size of data, PC/Mac job, etc. along with the printing details by email. E-mail us at ctp@aegeanoffset.com so we can check the same file on our FTP Site.
